Full Time | Area Manager | Hertfordshire
A new opportunity has become available for an Experienced Area Manager to join a well established group of practices, Covering 5 sites (Stevenage; John Woods; Bishops Stortford; Royston & Letchworth.
Start date - As soon as possible.
The successful candidate will be based at the Stevenage Head Office once a week, and will spend the rest of the week on the road visiting practices.
This position is to work full time, Monday - Friday.
Working hours will be 8am - 6pm each day.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Recruitment - Vacancies, contracts, Job offers
-Dealing with Complaints
-Budgets
-Reporting to the Directors and Operational directors etc
- Inspecting practices
-CQC and HTM01-05 Guidelines
Experience required:
-Candidates must illustrate Dental experience and Area Management experience .
-Must have good communication skills, Must be good team player.
-Candidates must be dedicated ,committed with travelling to all sites .
-Must be Flexible
-Candidates must be reliable
-Must be comfortable in driving long hours etc.
In return the practice will offer :
Salary - £40-£45K dependent on experience
-Company phone .
-Petrol paid for when travelling.Candidate MUST have their own car.
-All food, accommodation will be covered by the company when staying over .
In order to apply, candidates must have previous Dental Area Management experience.
