Due to a colleague starting specialist training we have an exciting opportunity to join an award winning team as a part time associate dentist.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, team player who has worked in a mixed practice environment. Taking over an established, stable list. Opportunity to learn/discuss cases with a team of experienced clinicians.
*Start – As soon as possible
*Days available-
Monday am (8:30 am - 1:00pm)
Tuesday pm (2pm - 7:45pm)
Wednesday all day (8:30 am - 7:45pm)
Thursday (8:30am - 1:00pm)
Saturday 2x a month (9:30am - 1:00pm)
(evenings from 5:30-7:45 and Saturdays are private only sessions). Practice is open from 08.30-20.00 (with 1hr lunch and 30 mins tea breaks) and clinicians work on a sessional basis.
*Location – 10 minute walk from Bexleyheath Station (30 min rail journey from London Bridge). 20 minute drive from Blackwall Tunnel, free on street parking.
*Fully digitalised (SOE with clinipads/portal) and recently refurbished to a high standard with all mod cons including Itero scanner, intra oral cameras, DSLR cameras, digital radiography inc OPG
*Team of hygienists and referral for oral surgery/implant/endo/ortho within team. Well run practice with a team of managers, TCO and clinical/admin leads.
*Regular clinical meetings to discuss cases and courses taken by clinicians. Guidance available from experienced Principals, both being past FD trainers.
*Practice invests heavily in marketing and campaigns for treatments such as Invisalign. Well recognised locally for providing high quality general and cosmetic dentistry. Multiple positive Google reviews.
*UDA Target and value: up to 1850 (negotiable). Approx 8 UDAs per session (morning/afternoon). Value based on experience (ranging from gross £22-£24)
*High Private potential with 45-50% split based on sessions worked and clinicians experience.
*Ideal Candidate will be experienced in Private dentistry with excellent communication skills. Large potential for private composite work and adult Orthodontics (Invisalign)
*Performer number/ portfolio of work and evidence of CPD/Post grad training essential.
