Dental Practice Manager required to Come and join to work in this clinic, located in the heart of East Sussex, situated in Brighton
Ideally you will have proven experience in a managerial and team leadership role and you should be able to demonstrate an understanding of how to drive growth and operate effective day to day financial and operational management.
Start date: ASAP
Position is to work from:
Monday -Friday: 9.00-17.30
Saturdays (optional)
Dental practice experience/clinical knowledge would be required.
Essential
Overall responsibility for ensuring effective day-to-day financial and logistical management
Providing leadership and management to both clinical and non-clinical staff
Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the Practice
Dealing with Rotas
Maintaining Practice polices
Good level of pay, according to experience and range of benefits. The practice are looking to offer £30-34k
This is a reputable 4 surgery clinic, Busy mixed NHS & Private practice.
Modern equipment in place, including ITERO scanner, Digital OPG and Cerac Machine.
Fully computerised and digital practice
Great supportive team on hand.
Dentist with Specialist Interest in Oral Surgery and Implants are placed in house.
Parking available on site.
