MAINLY PRIVATE DENTIST REQUIRED
This independent busy mixed practice in Banbury are looking to recruit a Dentist to start September 2022 or sooner.
The role is to work 3 days per week
Wednesdays 8.30am-5pm
Thursdays 8.30am-5pm
Fridays 8.30am-4.30pm
They are offering 2500-3000 UDA's at £12.50 per UDA
45% on private
50% lab bills
They are looking for a dentist who is private focused with experience, the last associate grossed £5000 as an average for private alone in their first month
Denplan is paid per treatment - Essential £5 per patient, Care £10 per patient, fixed monthly income for Denplan patients on the associate books.
Shared list – very busy to inherit
Predominantly private practice - 70% private 30% NHS
X4 Associates, a very friendly and nurturing Reception team, an experienced nursing and clinical team of 6, 2 Hygienists, who offer ems airflow, perio services – Young dynamic team
Tight-knit team
Only 6000 UDA's allocated to the whole practice
Intra-Oral Cameras, CBCT scanner access - digital impressions, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo and computerised using SOE
All treatments are kept in house with specialists/ special interest Dentists working in practice.
Very affluent area.

Very busy books – appointments are booked 6 months in advance, hence new surgery to accommodate
