We are recruiting for a treatment coordinator to join cover multiple practices in Norwich

The purpose of a Treatment Coordinator is to maximise sales opportunities through proactive customer sales and support. Following up on lead generation via the website and both internal and external referrals. Increasing awareness of treatments available across the business to increase market share.

Working closely with the practice team across their Norwich practices, the successful candidate will provide a high quality & smooth patient journey.

Salary: £10.50ph

Permanent full time position, Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.30 and Fridays 8.30 - 4.30

Please note, dental experience is essential

•Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•Achieve individual KPI’s and practice sales targets
•To be responsible for pro actively and promptly following up all incoming leads via phone, Zoho, referrals, email, facebook, instagram and any other lead generation tools
•Diary management for clinicians, hygienists and other key stakeholders at practice level
•Have a good working knowledge of all services including packages, price and explain patient treatment plans
•Liaise with external parties for any additional services such as Finance facilities
•Understand and research competitors offering and appraise the business of any changes on a regular basis
•Working closely with marketing to support marketing campaigns
•Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
•Build relationships with all team members within dental practice and head office team
•Ensure the patient pathway is followed to optimise the businesses referral opportunities
•Influence and upsell services at every opportunity
•Provide support when necessary for the broader TCO team
•Ensure all company systems are kept up to date for reporting purposes
•Assist in the keeping of full and accurate patient records and ensure that they are regularly updated and stored securely
•Attend training sessions which could fall on a Saturday or evenings
•Bring to the attention of the Practice Manager any concerns about aspects of the practice, its performance or the performance of others in the practice
•Attend all practice/team meetings as requested
•Flexibility with working hours to support campaign and recall follow up as and when required
•Ensure tasks are covered during any absences, advising both Practice and Contact Centre Manager
•Perform any other tasks that are reasonably requested by the Practice Manager

•About you:
•To promote a professional, positive and progressive attitude in all work activities, a can-do attitude
•Have a good business acumen
•Track record of achieving sales targets, KPIs and business plans
•Strong work ethic and the ability to work on your own as part of a remote team
•Knowledgeable and presentable customer facing skills
•Computer literate and ability to work with CRM platforms (ZOHO)
•Dental experience preferred

•Other considerations:
•Establish, promote and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
•Liaise with the Practice Manager on all matters concerning administration, pay and service conditions

•Communicate appropriately and sensitively with patients who may be fearful, vulnerable, have sensitive concerns or have special needs i.e. physical and learning difficulties, elderly, deaf, blind or for who English is not their first language
•Maintain and promote patient confidentiality in relation to patient medical history, details of treatment, financial transactions or any conversation overheard
•Provide appropriate advice to patients

•Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work
•Be familiar with and comply with all Health and Safety rules and guidance.
•Comply all dental ethical guidelines including all rules on confidentiality, Data Protection and Safeguarding Protection

•Standard Company Requirements
•To comply with all Health and Safety requirements as outlined by the Health and Safety Executive and business
•To participate in all relevant quality programmes and assist as required in quality initiatives
•Training is undertaken as recommended by the Practice Manager
•Carry out any other reasonable request as requested by the Practice Manager
