A new opportunity has become available for a Head Dental Nurse/Clinical Manager to join an established practice located in the Westcombe Park area of London, SE3.
Start date - As soon as possible
This position is to work full time, Monday - Friday, plus one late night per week, 40 hours.
We’re looking for positive people with excellent professional presentation, confidence to communicate in a high-service and welcoming manner with patients, and a great attitude to maintaining a fun and happy team spirit, along with a dedication to patient care, organisation and timekeeping.
This role includes, but is not limited to –
• Full management of the clinical support team
• Ongoing development of team skills in an organised and planned way to create and maintain a highly skilled and motivated team
• Recruitment of new team members including HR, inductions, and ongoing training
• Stock ordering
• Decon Lead
• Creating and maintaining a highly organised clinical team
A shift system operates Monday to Thursday between 7.45am-8.30pm, Friday 7.45am-7pm with one Saturday each month 9am-3pm. The hours include set up and close time down to minimise overtime and to keep our team well-rested. The rota is in a set working pattern for a great work-life balance.
The successful applicant will require to be double vaccinated against COVID-19, This is in accordance with the Health Care legislation that is due to change in January 2022.

Competitive salary- £32,000
Consisting of 7 surgeries, they are fully equipped and computerised using Exact dental software.
Digital Scanner, Digital X-rays and OPG Machine on site.
Closest train station is Westcombe Park, there is a direct train from London Bridge. Car parking also available.
