This Practice in Southampton are looking to recruit for a Practice Manager, to work on a Full time basis.
Start date: ASAP, But will wait for candidates that need to provide notice.
This role is to work full time working:
Monday to Fridays :8.30-5.30pm
40 Hours per week
This practice is a rapidly expanding with aspirations to make high quality NHS and private dentistry, accessible and affordable. This practice provides expert dental care, covering general checkups to high-quality smile makeovers.
All candidates MUST have 1 years Dental Practice management experience.
Candidates must be strong and happy to promote the practice.
Suitable applicants will be responsible for :
-To carry out management duties to ensure effective running of the Practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Management Team.
-To perform a high quality management service in areas of the practice finance, personnel, health and safety, stock control and clinical governance including all practice audits.
-Dealing with complaints, payments, managing staff etc.
This is a Mixed site ,consisting of 4 surgeries,. Equipped with relevant equipment on site, such as Digital Xrays, Rotary Endo. Computerised using SOE.
Salary: £26-32k DOE
As well as general dentistry, the practice also offers cosmetic, restorative , crowns and veneers, Invisalign and Implants.
Plenty of on street parking available.
